Tuscan Kitchen Granite

Granite is beautiful– a strong focal point.  Very hard.  Very sturdy.  It definitely gets the big “oohs and ahhs…” but as you may know it can get to be pretty pricey.  Especially when used for flooring.  Homeowners often turn to granite for their kitchen design, as this material is one of the best for counter tops and kitchen island tabletops.  Limestone is really good to use in bathroom shower interiors.  Although it stains easily, this is probably my most recommended material for the shower.  Marble is porous.  It is also soft.  Fantastic for bathroom flooring.
